Bravery, courage

Courageous are those that help others against one's own cravings and restful state . Cravings of laziness, feelings to keep one's own well-being and peace, feelings of greed and greed for a stable and prosperous life. Brave are those that know it all too well, yet still fight against them. One must also consider the other truth that does nót goes against this: To help others, you must care for yourself. You must make yourself efficient in helping and not neglect your own health in body and spirit. So, if you are brave ánd bright, balance and perfecting the balance is what you seek. Buddha said one of my favorite truths. He knew the truth in the "Golden Path", the middle path, the balanced one. One of the reasons of my spilling these guts of mine, is surely an understanding in my disbalance and writing is guiding my spirit.
